We are preparing students not only to find a job but one they will be happy and successful in. Not everything we do though is about jobs, being a student here is about being able to grow up in a pleasant, supportive school environment.
Our wide range of co-curricular activities which enhance our academic program have established positive recognition from the wider community. Students are able to participate in musicals, cross-country, soccer, debating, netball, drama festivals, volleyball, band, aerobics, vocal ensemble, public speaking and many more extra-curricular options.
We have succeeded in all of these areas due to consistent participation and victory in competition. Links with TAFE and Universities broaden our curriculum further, along with and Industry Work Placement scheme.
Ultimately we offer choice, opportunity and potential. There is something for everyone with new additions being made every year to enhance our progressive curriculum. We want students to be happy.
We want our students to be responsible and cherish their time with us, looking back on their 5 years spent at Windaroo Valley High with a sense of achievement and pride. |
